Admins have the right to apply penalties differently depending on the situation.
1.1 Minor offenses like micspam, chatspam, offensive language, and nicknames/clantags
Possible punishments:
- Name change
- Slay/Kick
- Gag/Mute for 10 minutes
- Gag/Mute for 30-60 minutes
- Gag/Mute for 120-2880 minutes (2880 = 2 days)
- Ban up to 2 weeks (for the worst offenders)
1.2 Advertising/game-breaking offenses like cheats, scripts and exploits
Possible punishments:
- Advertising/bug abuse - Ban for 1 week up to 1 month
- Cheats/exploits/hacks/scripts - Permanent ban
•Don't share any information that could possibly let others discover a player's real-life personal information.
This includes sharing social media profile links, names, or naming family members, etc.
•Treat all players with respect. No harassment, racism, discrimination, or offensive language will be tolerated.
•Refrain from using Clan Tags that contain offensive language.
•Cheating, scripting or using hacks is strictly prohibited. Players caught will be permanently banned.
•Avoid camping excessively. Intentional disruption of the game, trolling, monitoring, or griefing is prohibited.
•Avoid spamming the chat or promoting external products/services. This includes links to other websites & server IP addreses.
•Follow the instructions of the server administrators. Ignoring or arguing with admins may result in disciplinary action.
•Don't exploit map glitches, bugs, server plugin issues, or any unintended features. Report any issues to admins.
•Keep the language clean and appropriate. Excessive swearing or offensive language is prohibited.
•Don't intentionally cause server lag or disruptions. This includes excessive sprays or other unnecessary actions.
•Report any rule violations to the server administrators with evidence whenever possible.
•Remember that the primary goal is to have fun. Enjoy the game and contribute to a positive gaming community.
•Your nickname mustn't contain offensive language, must be at least 3 characters long, and can't be similar to other players' names.
•If there are fewer than 5 CTs in the team, the Admin has the right to determine the site that can be played.
For example, A ONLY with 4 CTs and 3 Ts in the server.
It's going to be your own fault if you get banned or muted by accident due to special characters/symbols in your nickname!
If you have any special characters/symbols in your nickname, we encourage you not to use them - they may lead to confusion or faulty user saves on our database which we will not fix, resulting in unsaved data.
Info for new admins
• As a new admin, you must read all the Server & Admin rules, familiarize yourself with admin commands, and visit the newly acquired Discord @Game Admin role channels.
Probation period
• As a new admin, you mustn't act unculturally (in the server, in discord) - swearing, toxicity, provocations will result in your rights being revoked.
• As a new admin, you mustn't use your rights for your own good - will result in your rights being revoked.
• As a new admin, you mustn't break any administrator rules - will result in your rights being revoked.

Admin rules
1.1 Under no circumstances should admin privileges be used for personal gain or amusement.
1.2 Admin privileges shouldn't be played with or flaunted with in front of friends or players.
1.3 It is the duty of an admin to respond as quickly as possible to all calladmin reports.
1.4 Admins are strictly prohibited from using any offensive language.
1.5 Admins in the server should strive to help people in improving their gaming experience.
1.6 All nicknames on the server/forum/discord must be the same to avoid false accusations and make it easier to find an admin.
1.7 Ban/kick/mute reasons must be clearly readable, not with vague explanations.
1.8 It is forbidden to act superior to ordinary players.
1.9 An admin must be respectful to all community members, regardless of what they have done to you.
1.10 An admin must abide the server rules when it comes to applying penalties such as mutes, kicks, slays or bans - meaning, a first offence punishment can't be 60 minutes long if the rules state otherwise.
1.11 Admins are required to record clip as proof before banning cheaters (demo file or video) in-case chill.lv demo archive is not available and has to submit clip in the discord forums unban appeals as proof.
If any of these rules are to be violated, the corresponding admin shall face disciplinary action.

• We display players country of the origin in the stats page from Faceit API if user has no existing faceit account, country info is being taken from steam profile if being shown publicly. (if you have any concerns regarding this, visit - faceit.com/privacy/ & steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/).
• We keep records of information you provide us in the calladmin reports (data is automatically deleted within 90 days).
• We keep records of game logs, such as player actions, chat logs, and admin activity (data is automatically deleted within 90 days).
• Inactive player data is deleted within 90 days of inactivity from our servers.
• We only save your Steam ID, VIP perk duration, and VIP group in our database after you purchase VIP perks. Payments are processed by the third-party app Paysera LT, UAB https://www.paysera.com/v2/en/safety (data is automatically deleted after the VIP perks expire).
• We might use general ranking stats, such as monthly visitors or daily visitor stats, for marketing purposes.
• Your data is held on a secure server and can't be accessed by anyone else except the System Administrator, who is responsible for keeping your data safe.

5.1 The services are valid for the specified duration outlined in the purchased packages.
5.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without a refund in the event of a violation of these TOS or any applicable laws.
6.1 Users with purchased services are expected to adhere to CHILL.LV Gaming Community's Code of Conduct.
6.2 Violation of Server/Admin/Privacy Policy/Refund Policy/Additional Rules for Purchases may result in the suspension or termination of purchased services without a refund.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the purchased services at any time, existing members with in-game perks will be notified via internal website notification system.
8.1 Users do not gain ownership rights to any in-game items, features, or intellectual property associated with the purchased services.
9.1 We provide services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability or functionality of the purchased services.
10.1 In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the purchased services.
11.1 These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

3.2 If it is discovered that a user has used another person's data without permission, they will not be eligible for refunds, and appropriate actions may be taken, including account suspension.
